For international and CALD graduates the stall runs deeper, and it shows up in the numbers, it shows up in graduate employment outcomes that sit lower than they should, in post-study employment that stalls, in skilled people underutilised in work far below their qualifications and in employers who can't find graduates ready for the workplace.
