OZGRADS exists to close it with the graduates living that gap, and the universities, governments, councils and employers who want it closed.
Every year, thousands of graduates finish their qualifications in Australia and stall at the same step, the one between the degree and the career. For international and CALD graduates the stall runs deeper, and it shows up in the numbers, it shows up in graduate employment outcomes that sit lower than they should, in post-study employment that stalls, in skilled people underutilised in work far below their qualifications and in employers who can't find graduates ready for the workplace. OZGRADS works on that step.
