OZGRADS is committed to empowering your career journey with transparent, fair policies. Here’s a summary of our Terms and Conditions for our non-accredited career coaching workshops and services, including the Application Mastery Workshop ($199), Interview Ready Bundle ($399), The Ultimate Job Success Package ($699), Panic-to-Power Lifeline ($3/minute), and Free 10-Minute Consultation:
Satisfaction Promise: If you’re not satisfied during the first hour of the Application Mastery Workshop, receive a full refund of your package price ($199, $399, or $699) and keep all resources (e.g., OZGRADS samples, templates, worksheets).
Cancellations: Cancel workshops or mock interviews 48 hours in advance for a full refund or transfer. Panic-to-Power Lifeline and Free Consultation require 24 hours’ notice to avoid fees or restrictions.
The Ultimate Job Success Package Guarantee: If no interviews are secured within 6 months of the Interview Ready Bundle, request a $300 refund for coaching sessions.
Non-Accredited Services: Our workshops and coaching do not lead to Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) qualifications.
Materials: Use OZGRADS resources (e.g., OZGRADS Manual, samples and templates) solely for your job applications. Reproduction or sharing requires written permission from us at admin@ozgrads.com.au to protect our exclusive content.
Privacy: We collect personal information (e.g., name, resume) to tailor services, stored securely per the Privacy Act 1988. See our Privacy Policy below.
Payments: Full payment is required at booking via PayPal, Stripe, or bank transfer (contact us at admin@ozgrads.com.au). Book Package 1 ($199) and add Package 2 ($200 extra, total $399) or Package 3 ($500 extra, total $699) on the booking page. Do not select both Package 2 and Package 3 to avoid duplicate charges. Panic-to-Power Lifeline requires $30 upfront, $3/minute thereafter.Panic-to-Power Lifeline requires a $30 upfront payment, with additional time billed at $3/minute.
Consumer Rights: Our services comply with Australian Consumer Law, offering remedies like refunds for major failures.
